NEW WORKS – We can provide a service from conception, through to design, obtaining planning approval, tender and project management right through to completion and client/employer occupation. This provides a single point of contact and a cost effective solution, avoiding the need for disproportionately large project teams and professional fees.
REFURBISHMENT – We can offer our services from conception, ensuring not only designs are prepared but the correct approvals and risk assessments are in place. We can project manage and where necessary programme works so that sites can remain operational, without compromising client/employer requirements.
FITTING OUT – We can manage the fit out of completed projects and existing occupied environments, incorporating requirements such as branding and signage, multiple client interfaces, health and safety issues and high quality and bespoke specifications.
PLANNING CONSULTATION AND APPLICATION – We can produce designs and drawings, including 3D visuals to meet client/employer brief, once the client/employer is happy their brief has been fulfilled we will progress the designs through the planning consultation and approval process.
BUILDING REGULATION APPLICATION – We can provide services to fulfil all aspects of obtaining building regulation approval such as:
- Full detailed Architectural and Engineering Design
- Fire Risk Assessment
- Compliance with Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) 1995
CDM COORDINATION – We will ensure all obligations under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 are fulfilled.
DEFECT ANALYSIS – We can carry out defect surveys and subsequently offer advice on the cause, nature and remedy of building defects.
INTERIOR DESIGN – We can provide an interior design service including space planning and furniture, lighting and accessory selection.
