Initially we would provide a free consultation in your home, to determine your requirements and discuss design ideas. We will advise on any planning and building regulation restrictions that will need to be considered.

Following the initial consultation we will provide a fee quote for our services, giving breakdowns of the different services we can provide, for example drawings for quotation purposes, planning drawings and applications, building regulation drawings, calculations and applications, party wall advice, and project management of the works on site.

Once you have appointed us for the services you wish us to undertake we will carry out a survey of the building, this will then be turned into a scaled electronic drawing which will use to create proposal drawings for your approval and comments. Through consultation we will ensure the proposals fully meet your requirements.

If required we can then make the necessary planning and building regulation/notice applications to the local authority. We will manage this process from initial application through to approval.

Once the correct approvals are in place works can commence on site, if you require we can work alongside your builder and project manage the works, keeping you fully informed of programme and costs giving you piece of mind that works will be completed on time within budget to a high quality.

We also specialise in Interior Design, we have experience on projects varying in size/design from Kitchen design through to projects in value of £500,000, including living and leisure spaces. Our interior design services include space planning and furniture, lighting and accessory selection.
